Movin' on up.
I am writing on behalf of Buzz who has a problem with his computer.

Basically he can view web pages, but any site that requires a member password, such as OSA, Ebay, MSN and so on. . . locks him out.

He enters the password and then it just resets and asks for the details again?

Can anyone post replies to help an OSA member in Distress!

This is gonna be of absolutely no help whatsoever, but that happens on my mums computer!!! I just gave up and stopped using it so i never found out what the prob was!!:$

aye go to tools - internet options and delete all temp internet files. if that doesnt work id suggest either updating his internet explorer to the latest version or reinstalling it or banging on firefox or summet, if still dont work after that turn off any firewalls or anti virus proggies that r on n see if it works then :thumbsup:

Cheers peeps, im all sorted now.
I dont know what was going on, i spent over an hour on the phone to some Poppadom in an Indian BT call centre :mad: I gave him remote assistance and he couldnt even sort it out, i then unistalled norton and still no joy, then this morning everything was working...fucking wierd.
