Aye, I fractured my spine 9 years ago, so always get back trouble from time to time, I did my back last week, bending over to pick the tv remote up (really extreme I know), back just went, couldnt move for hours, went the hospital, was on morphine tablets all week. I usually get sciatica after backache, so mine is yet to come, easiest thing I have found that cures it, is get a gym ball.

I usually get sciatica after cottaging, so mine is yet to come, easiest thing I have found that cures it, is get a gym instructor up me.

You could do with a damn good massage to loosen up those muscles that are in spasm:D

Any alternative / homosexual-pathic remedies for sciatica please ?

Also any insight into causes / symptoms that have manifested would help please :) If it's likely to embarrass me do it via PM ;) Ta :D

I'm living on heat packs, deep heat & Voltarol at the mo

not sure on the homosexual remedies lol but there are a fair few homeopathic remedies for sciatica symptoms but couldnt possibly prescribe just on that alone! would need a full picture shooms, and no that doesnt mean of your porn collection! or eds mum or your mum! lol
so maybe a telephone consultation, give me a pm or a buzz :D
you prob wont like my insights into the causes and manifestation of your symptoms lol all to do with base and sacral centre issues! ;):)

My pain is localised to the base of my spine on the right hand side so approx sacral which...

The Orange circle relates to the Sacral Chakra. This relates to self respect. Do you give yourself the freedom to be yourself? Do you have your own boundaries or are you tied to someone else's boundaries resentfully? Can you respect your own boundaries and respect the boundaries of others. If you back ache is originating here, are you having issues which involve give or take' Are you feeling withdrawn? Are you feeling destructive? Are you feeling despondent? Are you dependent on someone else? Are you relying on someone for something and afraid you may not get it? Are you waiting on a response from someone else? Are you feeling obliged to do something for someone else, but you're having a hard time actually doing it? Are you feeling obliged?

I would've said yes to 2 years ago but hardly now... I do recognise self-destructiveness in me & for sure recklessness... I'm hardly withdrawn or despondant, I'm dependant & beholden to no-one... I never feel obliged... whatever I do I do out of love, unconditional & hoping to spread a smile...

Respect my own bounderies... never... harder, faster, more.

Respect others bounderies... weeeeell... mindsets are there to be challenged aren't they... & if I overstep the mark it's never through malice.

Deep Freeze spray - thats the one

Its cheap, its from boots, tescos, no consulation, no nonsence, just spray it on :D

I nearly bought some other day but heat has been goooood - at least from a comfort factor.... Jen in NC said ice is the trick as well :)

Have to say it's a hell of a lot better than last week - even more than 3 days ago :)
