I can just about fit into my 34" waist Farah's breathing in with the aid of a shoe-horn and I'm only 2ft 6 :D

How long did it take and what was your method?

The tie was possibly a bad choice ;)

For 4 months I basically had 4 shakes a day giving me a total of 500 cals per day & 100 % RDA of all vits / mins needed. No food & shedloads of water. You get into a state of ketosis where you are basically burning yourself for energy :)

I did that for 4 months & have been going to the gym for the last month doing lots of weights & swimming - I've started to eat a high protein meal in the evenings (basically grilled fish / chicken / steak on a bed of spinach / watercress / rocket) to help the giddiness I was feeling from doing the weights.

I averaged around 3lb loss per week or a stone a month... I'm gonna do the shake / evening protein meal until the end of Sep :)

Here's my loss stats so far... :)

Starting weight: 17 stone
Target Weight: 11 n 'arf stone ish
Current weight: 11 stone 13 lb
Starting BMI: 38.5
Current BMI: 26.5
Starting Waist: 40/2"
Current Waist 32"
Starting Chest: 48"
Current Chest: 42"

Week 1: -10 lb \o/
Week 2: -4 lb
Week 3: +6 lb (w/e off to get lashed)
Week 4: Back on it -6 lb The Lord giveth & the Lord taketh away
Week 5: Still going firm & getting firm -4 lb
Week 6: -4lb over one n 'arf stone gone
Week 7: -6lb 2 stones nailed sucka !
Week 8: -3 lb It's a small one but they all add up ! Into the 14's
Week 9: -4 lb ! 14 n arf stone me hearties
Week 10: -3lb
Week 11: -5lb 3 stones nailed & into the 13's
Week 12: -4lb
Week 13: -3lb
Week 14: -4lb - *FINALLY* out of obese... BMI 29.5
Week 15: -3lb & into the 12's
Week 16: -5lb it's a biggie
Week 17: -3lb
Week 18: -3lb - Adding a high protein evening meal per day from now
Week 19: -3lb *INTO BLOODY 11's !!*

It's pretty a hardcore diet I won't lie but it suited me coz I'm an all or nothing person anyway... also the total break from food gave me time to assess why / how / what I was eating to get fat... basically I do daft hours at work & got late shit takeaways coz I couldn't be arsed cooking... determined to change that & eat a low-carb diet from here on :)

The difference has been amazing... I'm getting attention & smiles left, right & Chelsea :D :gigolo:

I can't stop touching my face lol It feels weird to have cheekbones & a jawline... :mad:

When Butty even drops the smallest bit of weight, it's mega noticable and I always say he looks rather 'concentration camp-esque' and to sort it. He's so skinny! :) Ah well, muscle where it counts ;)
