Had to turn round this morning on the way to Londona what a nightmare

Had over a foot of snow in Urmston

yep, had a load more here at the weekend, it fell at a unbelievably fast rate, and just looked out...a load more overnight, and it just starting again. Sky looks full of it too.
Just seen the depth of the new tryre tracks going out of our road, gotta have been another 5/6 inches overnight.
It was yesterdays temperatures that were ridiculous though, unbelieveably cold, and freezing fog
Think most places seem forecast for some today and / or tomorrow. Mind you, what do the forecasters know?

Just took this, you can see by the wheelie bins how much has fallen again, kinda hard to gauge though as everythings just blanketed again, cant really differentaite the kerbs from roads much lol

and the 2nd one shows what its now left of my Loch Ness snow monster. I'd used up all the snow around it down to the grass to try and make it but it just blends in again now. To be honest it was crap anyway, lol :$

from what I hear its completely ridiculous over Manc way too , most places :| Airport has cancelled all flights too I think. So if you are going anywhere it may be ok-ish when you set off but don't know about further towards the end of your journey or at your destination

frigging hell Wayne! thought it was bad enough yesterday when I posted a minus six pic, but thats crackers!

Just been out in it, looks pretty but its crazily deep, went out in my Timberlands and it was covering them and going up my shins

just had to walk it back home from nite shift job in Tameside feet are soaking wet, the snow was almost knee deep in parts. oh well got me a nice cuppa to chill out with now

well its about 20cm deep in northwich this morning and it has just taken me 2 hours to do a 20 minute journey!!!!

there was only the path of the car infront to stop me from vering into the kerbs its that deep.........the other half has been sent home this morning as the vans are getting stuck everywhere!!!
