Hmm, I would have to check where I identified it from. It could be any of several forums. It may have been identified wrong on the first tracklist and then copied over to the others. It's a pretty distinctive track, not to be listed on Discogs.
It samples 'The Keith Thompson Project - Rhythm Of Life' from the same year, 1993.

I have one of these on double LP But it will be a pain to rip but at some point I will get it ripped. My version is on YouTube but the guy forgot to add the second CD. mine on 2 records not CD.
And I defiantly owned a few tunes off of both of the mixes probably bought them brand new form a record store that year.

I have a hard times mix that is on vinyl but not one you have shared . Many were realeased on cd but one mix was released on Vinyl.

Their is a hum in places it not my turntables its the device I used, the sound quality is still better than the CD rip on YouTube
