Thanks for the updates. It was that mix CD I was thinking of. I still have all of the retrospective/introspective mix CDs.

I still buy the occasional mix cd from the mid 90s. Usually via discogs.

Its a shame I bought so much stuff when I was young and had some very expensive hi fi to play it on. I have played myself to death of nearly everything can't think of anything I want. :( I was into high end hi fi when I was young totally obsessed with it. I really like them protype cds seb fontaine done, played them all to death. Deep dish played all theie stuff to death. I must of collet nearly all them session cds plyed them all to death and the list goes on.

I use to walk into hmv every weekend looking for new stuff to buy.

You forget how popular hmv was in 90s the cues were massive in the norwich one. Full of people. You can see how phones have killed shops of made us lazy.

I still won't buy clothes with out trying them on can't be arsed with sending them back that shows my age.

I don't know if you have heard this but this is a good mix it is 2004 so maybe to late for you. I just can't listern to the same stuff over and over so I go looking for newer stuff. I noticed their is a part 2 to this as well I have not heard that.

This is a bit more faster than the first one I recommended I really like this mix. its garage

I have totally played myself sick of this CD I noticed they have released a ton of stuff I might give some of it a spin I get sick of 90's house.

Its like livin in a loop of the same music all the time. Hearing the same stuff over and over

Some of them Simon Dunmore cds are Spanish house not the ones I recommend they are poop I collected a ton of his stuff. If you can open yourself to newer stuff their is some really nice stuff to listern to. Not all of it is banging house like Judge Jules plays or other djs some of it is quite mellow.

Some of them gatecrasher cds are good as well but they are a bit more banging.

I would say 2004 is old skool now as it's 2019 that makes it about 15 years old. When you first started on this forum about twenty years ago and was talking 1995 it was only five years old.

You should re word that to talking about music you don't like defiantly old skool now. It might not be to your tastes but it is oldskool.

And I was only trying to direct him to some stuff he might like listerning to.

yes and im still talking about 1995

dont you get it, the years move on but our taste in music stays the same

its great to see your passionate about 2004 music, but this isn't the forum for that music :naughty:

PLEASE NOTE:
The Oldskool Anthemz (OSA) group is for oldskool discussion, posting your mixes and tune id's but must be of an 'oldskool' genre/nature

It one post it not like I go on about it all the time and I would say that something that is 15 years old is still old skool it not your place to say that as its not your forum.
