I've just found the found for this night which confirms it was recorded at the Ministry Of Sound at The Que Club in Brum on 1st April 1994... Roger S and CJ listed too, same artwork so has to be.

@Chunky Chris would you be able to dig your tape pack out and share a rip please if poss?🙏
