Friends,
For our next installment of Hung Like a Horse madness we welcome team OSA - a quartet of legendary DJs who between them own pretty much every piece of classic dance music plastic that has ever been created. On Saturday May 14th mancunian osa website founder 'BUTTY' leads his oldskool starlets down to the smoke for a rare evening of oldskoolanthem magic at the cosey HLAH stable in Shoreditch. Anthony 'Hung Like a Horse' Butler, aka Butty, is known across the tinterweb not just for his manhood but for unearthing one of the world's most active and popular dance music forums - obviously blessed, the lad can DJ a bit too! so we thought we'd invite him down to chuck on a few beasts :-D So please join us for promises to be another hands in the air night of classic house anthems all night long down at the H&G.
The Horse and Groom or ‘The Disco Pub’ as she is fondly known in clubland circles is located at the quieter end of Curtain Road. With a traditional yet quirky interior, fully stocked bars over two spacious floors with plenty of room to drink and dance and complete with a state of the art soundsystem of which most clubs would envy, we'd like to think that the H&G presents you with all the ingredients for a perfect night out.
So it's 'Back to the Oldskool' we go, and to get you in the mood here's a link to OSA's mixes archive which has 100's of available oldskool house/disco DJ mixes: http://www.oldskoolanthemz.com/forum/local_links.php?catid=11
And here's the FB photo album from our last HLAH party:
