Legends (Warrington) opened its doors in 1990 and ran until 1993. It hosted some of the most popular house music nights in the North West, & DJs included Steve Williams, Mike Woods, Darren Noguerol and Rich Garvin.
These guys were the first in the UK to stage the first ever Legal warehouse party.
Radio 1 endorsed: Weekend morning show presenter Vernon Kay has talked about the Legends Re union parties in Warrington. Vernon used to frequent Legends and claims that Mike and Darren are among the best House DJ’s he’s ever heard – now come on down yourself & hear Darren drop a truly inspiring & eclectic mix of down & mid tempo Balearic bombs, funky break beats, house music classics & Legends rarities – true dance floor mayhem from a truly unique time in UK clubbing. You will not hear better old skool music – this IS the hot ticket for the summer!
This will be a non profit night. All proceeds will be going to St. Roccos Hospice
