Founder and owner Lindsay Todd began his DJ career in 1994, and cut his teeth at the legendary, now unfortunately defunct Edinburgh nights Tribal Funktion and Higher Ground, amongst some of the finest luminaries of the worldwide house and techno scene such as Cajmere, Derrick Carter and Gemini. He has gained huge respect over the years, renowned for his propensity for finding the right track for the right moment. </p><p></p><p>In 2004, Lindsay set up Firecracker Recordings, with an emphasis as much upon the artwork and overall presentation of the records as it was on the quality of the music.
