Manchester’s new Sunday club night kicks off in real style with a special guest appearance from the Faze Action DJs, Simon & Robin Lee, playing alongside resident Adam Wilson.
Faze Action have being making superb disco-influenced recordings and remixes for some time now and this year sees them at the top of their game following the release of their latest album “Stratus Energy,” back in April. Receiving some great reviews, the band have spent most of the summer promoting it on a string of club dates and festivals all over Europe.
Faze Action fans will be familiar with their quality 80’s influenced disco (think West End and Prelude, some Euro and Italo) mixed with driving basslines, funky guitar licks and spacey keyboard lines which, when thrown into the mix, produces an infectious sound aimed straight at the middle of the dancefloor.
Expect to hear some great upfront 21st century disco and electronica backed with some classic disco and boogie cuts, alongside some of the band’s own superb material.
