One for the people, Boomtown is about unity, togetherness, peace, love & expression so we bring you DJs from four amazing packages, BOOMTOWN, KISSDAFUNK, CARLOS II & RETRO – as we are one!
DJ Rob Tissera – since Rob last played at Boomtown he has been jet setting around the globe DJing with his own brand, Kissdafunk. Rob is known across the planet, he started off directing 1000’s of revellers to the infamous Blackburn raves where house music took his soul and became his life. Following this Rob became heavily involved in playing and producing house music for the people, following a warehouse party raid in Leeds which Rob did jail for, he has gone from strength to strength with appearances at the legendary Ark in Leeds, Quadrant Park in Liverpool to playing old skool tunage throughout the world before forming his own brand Kissdafunk.
DJ Jane Angel – currently Jane works with the club classics brand Retro where she travels to various venues throughout the UK playing some incredible old skool mixes.
RETRO .....(Fusion - Burnley / The Empire - Middlesborough / The Syndicate -Blackpool (The Tube - Halifax / Havana - Wakefield / Tokoyo - Huddersfield / Talltrees - Yarm).
DJ Kenny – here we see an amazing up and coming DJ on the old skool scene, since Boomtown was re-launched last year, he has played with us at most of our events while securing a residency in the second room at Fusion in Burnley on the first Saturday of each month.
For this event we see the return of the legendary old skool duo, DJ Rich & DJ Craig Carmichael (formerly Carlos II residents). Following Carlos II they both played at various venues throughout the North West.
Boomtown founder – DJ Shack, need I say anymore, from planning, promoting and carrying out some of the most underground warehouse parties ever seen to playing at venues throughout Europe to now regenerating Boomtown.
