’Big Names, Big Anthems, Big Respect!
November 2010 will be no exception with what is set to be what can only be described as a monumental piece of history in the making as the King of Retro, Dj Paul Taylor takes centre stage, back on the Bowlers lineup for the first time in over 15 years. Whether you know your stuff about the house music scene or not, let us tell you now….
Paul Taylor is nothing more than an iconic legend. Starting his Dj career way back in 1974 and being firmly in the spotlight at the origins of dance music, trying to name the events that he has graced throughout the years would be nothing short of impossible.
Bowler’s regulars will however remember his time at Trafford Park, and will identify him as one of the big names that they still see appearing on club flyers from the U.K & Ibiza year in year out at the massive RETRO events. Paul Taylor will forget more about music before breakfast than most folk will know in their lifetime. The mastermind of the massive Retro nights, Paul eats’, sleeps and breaths music and after 28 years in club land, he knows what makes a dance floor tick. If there's one man who knows how to whip a crowd into a frenzy, it's Paul Taylor!! On very rare occasions these days, does Paul agree to play at other old skool gigs other than Retro, but not forgetting his past, Paul has kindly agreed to re-join the Bowlers Reunion jocks and give us a night that quite honestly, the majority of us would have thought unimaginable…..This is Paul’s chance to give something back to us true Bowlers heads!!!

Want more??? Let’s throw the legend Dj Nipper in for good measure. You asked…. and as always, we deliver….Another massive firm favourite from back in the day, Nipper needs no introduction. The stage at 53 Degrees is basically made for this guy’s talent and seeing him back up there where he belongs, will surely bring those Trafford Park memories flooding back with a vengeance!!!!

Matt Bell is back on board to team up with our residents, Rick, Andy & John and the immense Dj Roo will be making his Bowlers Reunion debut. As if this lineup isn’t already bursting at the seams, we’re also throwing in another massive name from back in the day, in the shape of a live P.A from ‘TOGETHER’ performing their unforgettable huge anthems, basically this tops our lineup off…..like the icing on the cake……!
