GET THERE EARLY!! </strong></p><p><strong>- To help us get you in as quickly as possible, have your e-ticket codes and paper tickets ready </strong></p><p><strong>- We can't stress enough, the earlier you get there, the less likely you are to get caught in queues </strong></p><p><strong>- All standard ticket holders and payers (if not sold out) queue to the left of the main door as you look at the club. VIPs/artists/guests to the right </strong></p><p><strong>- DO NOT PARK on double yellows, especially on the Helipad - YOU WILL BE TOWED </strong></p><p><strong>- Parking outside the club isn't great. We recommend parking in town and walking down, or better still, get a cab </strong></p><p><strong>- Full address for venue: The Q Club, 212 Corporation Street, Birmingham, B4 6BQ </strong></p><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>Security </strong></p><p><strong>- A brilliant firm have been especially hired in for this event. Firm, but friendly and professional </strong></p><p><strong>- Flashback Stewards will be on hand as well, keeping an eye on things and giving you directions to bars, toilets etc - THEY WILL BE WEARING RED JACKETS </strong></p><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>Heating & Cloakroom </strong></p><p><strong>- The club have the biggest heater we've ever seen for the main arena, and blow heaters for the smaller rooms </strong></p><p><strong>- To get to the cloakroom, come up the main stairs from the foyer with the Chapel behind you and turn right. Go up those stairs </strong></p><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>VIP ticket holders </strong></p><p><strong>- Make sure you get in the correct queue when you get to the venue.
