The reason <strong>WE ARE LONDON</strong> launched at Pacha in April and why the last party of the year on<strong> Friday 18TH December</strong> is dedicated to bringing the global house beats of Ibiza legend <strong>Pete Gooding</strong> and the supporting headliner of beat maker, percussionist <strong>Ian C,</strong> to the City. Select, stylish and purveyors of the full-on party action London is known and loved for, both are in the good company of previous headliners, which include <em>Masiksoul, Oliver Lang, Daley Padley and Sound Diggers</em>. With WE ARE LONDON’s reputation growing amongst industry and clubbers alike, the hosting of the main room at <strong>Eden Ibiza</strong> and this year’s events at <strong>Pacha</strong> highlight its commitment to bringing together an international crowd with the mixed music policy of <em>underground and funky tech house, dirty electro and groovy techno. </em> </p><p></p><p></p><p>Not one for bland, formulaic lineups, the <strong>WE ARE LONDON</strong> promoters chose <strong>Pete Gooding</strong> for its event at <strong>The White House</strong> after listening to his set at Space on the terrace and thinking it the best set of the night. Not surprising given that he was voted Best Ibizan DJ 2002 and has played for the past 8 years at <strong>Café Mambo</strong>, providing the dancing sunset moments the island is famous for. From chill-out to cutting edge electronic music, Pete’s high-class sound has gained personal support from the world’s top DJs from Sasha to Jeff Mills and led to his playing across the globe every weekend for the past 9 years in over 55 countries. As likely to appear in a set by Laurent Garnier, Tom Middleton and Dubfire as it is by David Guetta, Pete Tong or Groove Armada, Pete Gooding’s sets are in demand from festivals like the <em>Big Chill, Pete Tong’s Essential Mix</em> and cheeky underground soirees in Croatia.
