1992 rave tune ID help please

Hi I am looking for the I'D of a tune I used to hear at the BYO in the early 90's. The tune sample some of the lyrics from Anthony White I can't forget you it has more of a hardcore sound about it. Any help would be appreciated as I wish to add this to a old school mix which I am working on at the moment.

The only hardcore track I can think that uses the "I dont wanna play host..." (or whatever it is) lyric from Anthony White I can't forget you is
