does anyone know this tune?

So far I've found out that the weird vocal was sampled from a 70's artist called Quantum Jump on their track The Lone Ranger.
The sample was used in the following releases also:
Menace Makes 3 - I Feel The Friction (TTL Crew Mix)
System Exclusive - Quantum Force
Both of the above were produced by Marvin Beaver by the way.
Conquer - War Path
Hoping someone in this forum can nail it for me.
