This is usually a manufacturing defect (Look to see if you can see one line spiralling straight to the end of the grooves, this line doesn't run along with all the rest of the grooves). I have 2 or 3 tunes that stick in a certain spot, there stuck so that they loop a bar of the tune, which makes it sound like youve sampled it.
