Please help me to find a house record between 1988 and 1991 with this whistle sound

Sounds like the whistles used on Scratch This on the Record Review 12 with Robin Wants Revenge on. I thinks it's on a 12 by M-D-Emm, can't remember

It's unfortunately not on this record that come from the whistle sound which is scratched on my sample...
