Alison Limerick - Where Love Lives (chords ??)

Hi there.
For years I have been trying to find which notes and chords are being played at the beginning of Alison Limerick's 'Where Love Lives' but I just cannot figure them out. I have never been able to find a midi file that I could convert using a midi-notation program of some sorts. Could some please help me find out what they are, or if you have a midi file of it could you please send it to me?

The cords are C#, D#, A#m and then C# with a G# in th bass D# with an A# in the bass and A#m with a quick A#m sus 4+6 in the second to last chord which resolves back to A#m. The notes in between are mainly a low octave of the chord.
