This is a trailer to a film about the 'Blackburn illegal Warehouse Raves', That unfortunately never came to fruition despite raising several thousands of pounds in donations.
The money for the music copyright ended up just too much.
It would have been called 'High On Hope'.
One of my first all-night illegal raves that i attended so i think a great watch.
