Do you mean the "ease youself back into consciousness" sample? If so then its from the film Videodrome. At least thats what it says here:

Its one i'd always wanted to know myself. Such a great sample, almost like it was made for dance music. Sounds good in all tunes i've heard it, though it will never surpass the Northern Exposure intro
