got a mini disk here , and after bout an hour of recording it starts to jump for 10 mins every 2secs then stops and starts for another 10 mins stopping for 5secs at a time :mad:

so im left with gaps , can this be prevented or can i cut the gaps out or somat im using cool edit pro btw

please heeeeeeeeelp :D

nvr recorded onto a mini disc b4. but when im putting music onto a CD n it jumps, its usually coz either ive got the record speed on too fast or ive been doing something else on the pc whilst its been recording which had just messed it up. apart from i dont really no soz =/

You mean you're recording onto the mini disc, or recording from the mini disc onto your puter?

If it's onto the mini disc, I'd try a different disc.

If it's your puter, try defragging your hard drive and closing any other aplications that might be eating up your memory buffer. I had this problem a while back and it turned out to be my network cable, so if you're pc is on a network, try unplugging the cable.
