Brixton venues n stuff Is right Alex - nice venue - normally not too hot either. Gday peeps... Jamii - you must have forgotten what we talked about earlier in Jan ;o) Aye, the Fridge is only a few mins walk down Brixton Hill from my place... capacity is well up to 1000+ It was refurbished late last year, but I've not been in there recently, so I can't tell you what the 'new decor' is like. It has a fair mo'fo of a main dancefloor, with side sections that they sometimes open - plenty of open plan walkways/stands around the floor, and easy access all round. They also have smaller rooms that are sometimes open - I've been some nights and only the main floor is going strong. Mainly hard house, and bouncy acid techno/trance nights. And be careful you don’t get mixed up with any Love Muscle nights. You wouldn’t be the only bloke there (if you know what I mean). Rarely any trouble in there - they have the Fridge Bar next door, which is patrolled by somewhat large local boys - nice, but tight security. Found some images for you> http://www.mallo.co.uk/images/main/logic-3rd-birthday.jpg There's also the 414 Club on Coldharbour Lane (capacity a couple of hundred - very intimate, great atmosphere if people are on a good one), reknowned for being the latest club to open in London - they have a night that starts at 10pm Sunday, goes through to 6am Monday morning - you should see the place on a Bank Holiday weekend (I've been at Hazy's over the past few, so couldn't tell you what its been like of late).
