occasionally (last night and mildly right now) I get these weird symptoms. tongue feels burnt (like from hot pizza or tea) and swollen. lips can be itchy. But the predominant symptom is a fine line between aching/numbness is my cheeks around the area of my cheek bone. I thought it must be food but someone told me it could be washing liquid or washing up liquid etc. Its quite distressing so any advice would be gratefully recieved

Seriously tho, that sounds like a mild allergic reaction to something youve eaten, nuts maybe?

One of the family has a very serious reaction to walnuts, put her in hospital last time, and the doctor said every reaction will get worse in effect:S

Sounds about right... Pauly has nut allergy... I keep trying to slip peanuts into his drink....

Saying that though the irony is that he has absolutely no aversion to man nuts slapping against his chin the workshy rent boy bastard...

Yeah sounds like its probably something you've eaten, try taking an antihistamine for now and then see if you can get an allegy test. Although when I went to the doctors to try and get one they told me there was too many things to test for so I had to keep a food diary and see what seemed to be affecting me, which made no sense at all, as if I knew that I'd stop eating it! I think other places do them too though, like herbal remedy centres and alternative medicine places but you'd obviously have to pay. Some say they give you a free consultation but quite often if you read the small print it says thats only if you sign up to a course of medicine with them which can be expensive so you'd probably have to shop around a bit.

thats well funny u c**t lol. Has anyone ever had these kind of symptoms from satan's dandruff?

:D I do my best ;)

As for the peruvian dust... where did you store it ?

A 'friend' of mine ;) had some in his glove box over summer that he forgot about... unfortunately he also had a car airfreshener in there & somehow the powder got infused with air freshener (by some weird kind of sweaty osmosis) - so much so it turned an orangey colour... but seeing as it was still a good g or so decided to carry on regardless...

This 'friend' & another from this board (who shall remain nameless) were sick as a daaaawg afterwards :hurl:
