Hope so cos my dex are well and truly fookered (is that a word? lol, well it is now, cos they are :S )

The pitch is wandering on them well bad now (and they have for ages :$ )and no matter how right I get it when on the fods it starts to wander, so mixing is becoming wobbly.

I should have got this fixed ages ago cos its pretty solid to do a mix :S

Mental note to ones self, stop buying tunes and get dex fixed :fekked:

Anyhow, anyone got summat to record on?, you know you can record straight to video tape from a vid player, top sound qual as well, put on long play and get uninterrupted live recordings for like 8 hours or whatever. The guys at Rewind do it.

Its just these mini-disk players always seem to fuk up on the night :mad:

Any ideas anyone?
I'll do a remix of my set if needs be but its a right mission :mad:

ive got a vid camera i cud do it on. but im not sure about just leaving it there by the dex. I mean Adam is guna be there u know lol

I was hoping that the mixes from downsatirs were recorded last time. From what I can remember and what I've been told, I played a stormer. But the mini disc was fooked.

I actually mentioned to butty a while back about recording onto video tape. Done it meself loadsa times in the past to record my radio show which was 6 hours long. As ste said, quality is great and in stereo. Deffo reccomend this to Mr. B and whoever takes charge upstairs.

Buttys got sum recording device now thats like a mini hard drive, that records all the sets in one go, but at a guess i would say that it will be used downstairs :p

I'm not to bothered now anyways cos I was up till all hours last night. Did a premix-remix lol and if I was in sweden it would have been a swemix as well lol

But anyway, dug a load of tunes out and got a set together, sounds alright considering the dex situ, and Im not even gonna think about changing it now altho I may do a bit lol :fekked:

So got a 'backup' of whats going to be played now :mexican:

Everyone always thought I was crazy doing this. The only way to be able to tape the essential mix when you had a heavy night of clubbing to do...

I've bought a little portable mini-disc recorder jobby today to record all the sets upstairs :D

I take it it's a seperate - I've got a Pioneer one, not keen on taking it though. I took my mini-disc seperate to the last Denver's and it's never worked since :S Hence the portable job with anti shock protection and the like.
