Bandwith monitors

Hi guys

Does anyone know of any good bandwith monitors that will work over a windows 2000 network.

I need to keep an eye on our bandwith at the mo as the router is flashing like mad as if there is great activity but i cant find the culprit lol.

I suspect its someones pc with spyware but i dont have time to check all of them yet.
