Looks like every chav is going to have to replace their Nova's with a Ford Transit van now:p

You've got me racking my brains now trying to remember which club had the huge sub woofer in it in the early 90's :S

Thats nothing that speaker. I'm sure I read in the Guiness Book Of Records that some scientists years ago developed a loud speaker so powerfull that the sound could drill through metal!:p

I know that the US army started developing ultrasonic weapons that could turn the enemies insides to mush:|

I don't know if they could be used at a big outside rave though!:p

I don't really see a point to be honest... With a speaker that size the response time will be sloppy as hell, I'd stick with a 10" or 12" sub to keep them kick drums loud, tight, and punchy!

Already in use mate, although they won't quite turn you into mush lol. They will however, according to the official site, "influence behavior"

I've posted about them before.. http://www.atcsd.com/pdf/LRAD_SellSht-0728-2.pdf

Fooking pissed off now, I remember seeing a link to a website ages ago for a huge concert hall with pics of all the subs they had under the stage, and all the baffles were made out of brick walls - about 6 foot high. Can't for the life of me remember where I was it, don't think it was on here... I'll keep searching...

I remember going to Max power (i know) in 2001. There was this van, just filled with subs. Im quite good with sound equipment. And while bigger subs usually flap about like saggy tits, these nice 10incers just blew out clear, deap, lovely bass. Not the usually miss match of Tweeter output to Sub ratio.....(sooooo many people get it wrong) they're like. yeh got a pair of 15inc and some 6by9's....shut up u twat....you can't actually hear a thing.

In otherwords, bigger aint always better boys.
