Becoming a jedi......

Seeing as I'm stuck at my folks with just my puter to keep me company I treated myself to a new game today! Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast.

I'll let you know what its like in a bit.

It is one mother of a game i bet u will get stuck at least 5 times in some part of the game.

Also dont give up when u think its shit u get ya light saber a bit into the game and jedi powers.

And jedi death grip on level 3 ownzz so bad.
If ya get stuck giz a shout ill try help u if i can rember

This is truley the best FPS i have played since Half Life & it is on par with Counter Strike online.

A must for anyone who wishes to weild a lightsaber & become immersed in a game with such excellent gameplay & attention to detail.

Music is great aswell!

I've got to say there have been some truly awful Star Wars games in the past but this one is amazing! If your computer can handle it then go out and get it right now!!!

The fun you can have charging into a room full of dark jedi's and stormtroopers, lightsaber out deflecting lasers and hacking off limbs whilst using force choke powers to pick up bad guys and use them as human shields is indescribable!

All the time you've got the true dah dah dah daaaa daaaaaaa music in the background it is SO VERY Star Wars!!!!

And I ain't even tried the multiplayer yet!

Anyone up for an OSA dedicated server sometime?

Just got hold of a dodgy as fook copy of this!

not played it proper yet - I put it on last neet but I was a bit mullered so I dont know whether the game was jerky or it was just me - me thinks I might need some more memory

Its available to download on Kazaa actually, get the 173 MB one not the 232 MB coz the later doesnt work

just dragging this up again as I've got the dodgy copy myk was talking about and it keeps freezing (allthough I can still hear the background effects) at the point just before you fight that woman sith on the Bespin Platform level.
Can anyone sort me out a saved game from just after this please?
the saves are only 1mb...

Try that mate, I traded the game for a couple of ps2 titles so I can't check it but I think it takes you into the jedi academy after that bit you were on, let me know if it's not the right one.
