Now 4 1st class (£8.17) this should be fine i thought but i just got this message from the buyer... </p><p></p><p>"Items very poorly wrapped and badly damaged on arrival! I was very disappointed to receive them in this state. One of them is completely unuseable. </p><p>Please let me know what you are going to do. Are you going to send another one or refund the money."</p><p></p><p>Now i dont kno who's fault this is or how i go about dealing with it??? </p><p>and how do i kno the buyer isnt having me at it? Why do they need more lids? The ones he sends back/takes a photo of could be old ones???</p></blockquote><p></p>
