Now 4 1st class (£8.17) this should be fine i thought but i just got this message from the buyer... "Items very poorly wrapped and badly damaged on arrival! I was very disappointed to receive them in this state. One of them is completely unuseable. Please let me know what you are going to do. Are you going to send another one or refund the money."Now i dont kno who's fault this is or how i go about dealing with it??? and how do i kno the buyer isnt having me at it? Why do they need more lids? The ones he sends back/takes a photo of could be old ones???</blockquote>
