I remember before the parties got really going when there were just a few hundred turning up, we got into a large garage building just behind the old savoy nightclub, turned out that it was one of the organisers friends Dads business premises, he'd got a set of keys, got in there set up the dj, sprayed luminous smiley faces etc all over the walls and after the sett end closed a couple of hundred of us descended on the place.I remember getting inside and standing waiting for the tunes to start, when the mad dad turned up along with a force of local old bill led by "Tiny" Taylor and his big dog, the organisers tried to shut them out but Tiny managed to get his alsation half way through so it was either shut them out and crush the dog or let them in.....so the rave got busted, and the police who had so far been pretty lenient with us began to get a bit nasty, setting dogs on people and making a few arrests....anyone remember that one?
