Remember being a big dance energy fan in the early ninties normski was indeed the man.Like the picture that much i`m gonna put as my sig for now.
used to love Dance Energy, Normski was "da man", some top PA's too, got em' on Vid somewhere, Altern 8 were awesome, Rozalla (okay, not so good), Prodigy, good laugh to watch the crowd "off it" too, in a totally bright fully lit studio!.

Re. Dance Energy :
It was a subseries on Beeb 2 called "Def 2" or something like that. A quote from the announcer before the programme one time made me laugh, it was something like "Ooooonnn Def 2 it's Overlord X, and we got Buck Rogers comin up next", in a big bwad bwoy stylee. Proper funny.
Re. The Word :
Class programme, Terry Christian!... nutter!. Also featuring the lovely Dani Behr.... many a happy hour after the pub on a Friday night was spent watching that programme!.

If i remember the first Def 2 had Public Enemy on showin us UK hip hop kids how to talk in a tru hip hop fashun.....'rope a dope','cold lampin' etc eeeee them wert days...
