Funnily enough exercise is good (even tho you wont want to do it), get a sweat on, have a bath etc....sweat it out of ya !

Also eat loads and drink loads of water....

Try and get some fresh air.

Or if all else fails, stay on your couch with a hot water bottle, wrapped in your duvet, watching shit tv, or talking cack on here or both !! and just wait patiently...... oh and get pissed !! That works for me !!! You'll kill it with alcohol !! ;) ;)
