i dont quite get if u mean an actual person on MSN ( if it is just block and delete) or if its an actual popup window. If its the second one, use Ad-Aware to find and delete it....

BEWAR of adaware it can mess with your system files on xp because it thinks their to do with gator and crashes ure comp all the time. It works on some [peoples no bother but on some it screws it up.
