Bluetooth dongle

Having problems with mine conecting from my mobile to computer.....telling me its not conected, just saying unable to connect on my phone can anyone help me with this at all

check you have your bluetooth on discoverable.
check your dongle is in the right port
try turning ur fone off, turn it back on then the bluetooth bk on??

I have 2 or 3 usb ports on my machine and for some reason I have to stick the dongle in the exact port that it was in when I installed the drivers ?!?! dunno if that helps.

have ya had it connected an paired up before...?

make sure your phone is visable when ya search .

your pc should pick up your phone straight away
