Pete Burns didn't look too good either:hurl: nor did Leslie Ash, but all these people had it in their lips, not around their eyes didn't they?

I think that was collagen rather than botox.

Yeah its lasts about 6 months- at £200 a go. But my reasoning is that it will stop me needed a 10k face lift lol when i am 50. Also, even if you have it for a few years it a few years less of overall ageing.

Its not that i mind ageing, its just i didn't really take care of myself when i was younger, i have always liked the booze etc- plus as i said the sun damage is starting to catch up with me. I am worried that by the time i am 40 my face will look like one of those cheap mock croc bags you see on the market.

yeah, I'd say no hun! U get a shiney face coz the skin goes dead tight!

Any hoo, I'm only 18 but have been quite aware of lookin after my face and skin (altho if I get a spot, I feel compelled to pick which lozzie shouts at me for! :p) so I don't go on the sunbeds (altho I have, in the past, but never used em loads) and I have embraced my pale skin.

I love it. People can take the piss but I won't look like i have leathery skin when I'm older! lol!:he she:

To get any sort of colour I'd have to hammer the sunbed, which I'm not prepared to do.

I say, Amelie U should grow older gracefully and ur certainly too young to go on about botox n stuff. Any hoo, I think the fact U have lines around ur eyes (as U say!) shows U know how to laugh and be fun, so embrace it!

- 98% of women in the UK are unhappy with their body and would change something about themselves when questioned:|

At the end of the day...all this is NOT changing what you have...merely showing what you have got at it's very best!!! I'm all for it.

And I'd also like to say...I read that mag...and it made me sad to be honest. i couldn't believe that that many women are miserable about their apprearence!!! I am super conf in my appearence, and wouldn't change a thing...although, as I get older...I will do things that aid me to grow old "Gracefully"...instead of like an old leather purse!! It's just like a hardcore facial...

(nb. Ive started to look after my skin etc, I am nearly a qualified beauty therapist)(totaly hate the course!):p

To me that says - women are superficial when it comes to themselves:|

The truth is, most men are probably happy with their partners but their partners still aren't happy with themselves for whatever reason:S

Most men are realistic in how good they can look too and it's nearly always just about getting a gym membership:)
