I dont know how that fellar kept his cool I'd of lost it with 'Mr.Extended vocabulary of swearing'(NOT) into the first few 10 seconds or so'.....
Sayin that if BT customer services rang him at say 5 am then his fabulous redition of the F word song wud be fair play.
