I have spent a tenner on a nice bottle of white, popped it in the frezzer to chill. Forgot about the bastard and now its frozen solid!

And the only other ale i have in the house is chinse rice wine for cooking......

And at 30% its looking tempting (once i have peeled all the cacky food spilage of the lid)

Is it flat wine, ie unsparkling? Try a bit in the microwave, you prolly need to take the top off! 180watts for a few minutes. Stand back, Im not sure if will explode. It should be ok if the tops off. It will defrost it and may be cool still.


On second thoughts, perhaps youd better not try it :S

Ive a combination microwave, I would have thought 5 minutes on 180 setting, with perhaps a fan assisted oven on a suitable degrees would defrost it .

Bit dodgy though innit, lol. Dont do it.
