It happened to me once when I lost my net connection and couldn't get on to pay for nearely 2 weeks the guy guy had left me neg feedback and I responded. He's reposted the item tho so I had to bid all over again but I got it cheaper the 2nd time - WINNER!! Serves him right. x</blockquote>
