Buzz vs the new monkey
Friday 31st October
At 9.50pm the cue outside was down to the old brewery. That’s a massive cue, starting off the night was dj jonno and mc ozzy. jonno played an excellent set mainly Italian house with ozzy saying his stuff over the top. Next up was me (dj dobby) and mc ruddy. My set consisted of classic Italian tunes and scouse house music at the end (wigan pier music). Ruddy was on top form getting the crowd moving and motivated.
Mc stompin and andy ec couldn’t make it down here for unforeseen circumstances which were out of our hands. But next on the decks was dj cliffy and mc ace, at this point there was about 600 people in at about 11.45pm and the spot was rockin with everyone being down stairs cause the top balcony was cordoned off. Some wicked tunes were played from cliffy and ace was out of this world. He got people buzzing all night long.
Next up was dj nitro and turbo-d there set was class, really awesome basically got the laziest person in the place up dancing. Around about 12.45pm there was 996 people in through the doors, and everyone was enjoying there night, hassle free, no trouble apart from a few handbags being thrown about.
Due to andy e-c and stompin not coming down. Dj cliffy, turbo-d and aki-d filled in, aki-d was on form much better over the Spanish than over the slower music. The last hour was finished off by dj mikey and mc ace and what a set and a half, the crowd was well up for it. There was some great and very rare tunes played last night.
All in all it was a very successful night with no bother, everyone got home safely thank good, and best of all the next buzz night is FRIDAY 28TH NOVEMBER. New flyer will be on the site very shortly. With the top dj’s mc’s coming from the hangar 13 and new monkey. Sponsored by ultimatebuzz.net.
