im like herpes....never quite fcuk hoff!!!
i know some peeps have ripped videos from tape and stuck em on dvd......

ive got a realy old family video (i was probs about 6 on it lol) and i need it transferring it onto a dvd.

is there anybody who can do this for me??

but also, i think the vid is maybe 3 hours long so would this all go onto the same dvd or would it be split onto 2???

any help or advice or if anybody can point me in the right direction of where i can get it done would be muchos apreciated:love:

On the mo-fo'in 1's and 2's
i did this with a video that i wanted onto DVD nics, i rigged up my VCR into my tv then used my DVD recorder to record it while it played

i 've since chucked out the VCR so unfotunately i can't help, other than with info.

one thing you may have to watch out for is on some DVD recorders you are given the option of formating the disc once recording has finished and if it IS formated then you can't watch the DVD on any other player !!!!!!

(someone might correct me on this but on my Panasonic DVD recorder this is the case)

just something to look out for when you find someone to do it for ya :D

aww cheers for the info knobchodd, its deffo something to look out for.

if i had the tackle id deffo have a go but obviously do a trial run on someting else coz knowing me id make a right pigs ear of it

would the whole tape be on the same disc when its recorded or split onto 2 discs???

i realy need to get this done as i know im gonna end up binning it thinking its old episodes of neighbours n corrie etc lol
