It depicts a lady who i recon is initially from out of town and comes to the big city. She has a massive heart. People in the city find her different and are obviously afraid of her big hearted and trusting nature, so her heart gradually decreases in size. She meets a man who who seems to be interested in her, big heart included. They spend time together and her heart grows back to full size again. When he see's how big her heart actually is, he too is scared off by it........ (well that's my interpretation of it anyway )
