Our insurance company settled the claim for personal injury without even telling us therefore resulting in a claim. The school girl had no injury, she admitted running into the car without looking and still we got a claim against us. We disputed it, got interviewed and the police even advised no further action and no claim.......still they paid without and resistance. Shite..</blockquote>
