Whos got the best car mileage.


Ill start off, 46367,will get rid when hits 60000.Hardly use it except for shopping and being a joey for certain member of family.

Bought it when it was 44k on clock,cant believe i done over 2 k miles:S

well i couldnt tell ya how many miles, i bought it from new and hardly get to use it due to the wife. but i do know everytime i get in it there is never no fuel in it..............i think she thinks it runs on pig shyt and feathers..

Last year I was in a job which used to require approx 30,000 miles a year. Hard work on the company cars and was a pity to run it up on say my Honda Civic 2.2 S Type GT with every extra you can get inc nav etc and was a great car. Since changing jobs my miles have halved so this competition is now not for me.

My wife in contrast, her car is 10 years old and has 30,000 on it. Her last car we sold due to her doing only 800 miles in one year. Got bit of a reslt though, was a mini which we got for £600 and sold for £1,800 with it ending up in Canada!!

Present one is at 156,000.

new tyres next on the list, so any recomendations of bargainous places gratefully received as quite frankly i'd rather spend the money on shoes for me than that thing

crikey i'm way out of my league on this one. mine's on about 56000 at the moment, but i only drive about 10k a year so it should be ok for a while yet
