IMO - jimmy thats exactly same tracklisting as most the other oldskool compliations i tell ya its better buy one of ste h's compilations than these commercial ones - 1 ya get abslute storming tunes ya dont hear that often blended in a style that is true 91 92 - not some tunes just chucked into a computer and blended seamlessly anyone can get these tunes

:( :(

sorry

alan

but RETRO vol 1 The club retro compilation is a joke aswell its all the tunes that get hammerd all time - ya want to hear someone diff on the mix and i know if rik had any chnace to mix a cd up he would not of picked any of the tunes on that cd its just selling out

:D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

Point taken m8 but some people aka myself may not be too up on choon names.

It may be a sell out but I was looking for lisa lisa and could not find it anywhere but there, and ahem its not quite Kosha n e way

I've send a cheque to SteH, but you have gotta understand that i don't know any of the names of the choons because I always bought stuff after hearing it I wasn't into music just knew what I liked.

well, most of these tunes on there are 'proper' classics. just that now they seem over played / heard (how many times has alison limerick been hammered!?) and not very hard to find. looks like my record collection back in 1994 when i very first started collecting old school.

I can see Al's point, i'd prefer to hear some right tunes that are a bit different to the norm, like some real top obscure tunage not heard for years or just totally unexpected.

But on the whole this ain't a sell out. at least there's no reel 2 reel on there. LOL
