Which ones do you like then? Which do you like enough to buy the book?

Me, my out and out fave is Nigella, although as Viz state, her presenting style when on tv is so salacious she might as well just go one step further and do the money shot! As a food writer though, i do like her.

Delia, you just cannot trust her. I once decided to make something of hers at about 11 at night, and the bitch lied about preperation time! After stirring some mushroom/marsala concotion for ages she then wanted me to chill the bastard in the fridge for hours!

Gordon is okay, but Jesus his shit is complicated. We are talking a few pages per recipie.

Jonno's btw is Hugh Fearnly Whittingstall- he loves his meat book. One recipie is a goose which is stuffed with a chicken, which is stuffed with pheasant, which is stuffed with a wood pigeon! Then the whole lot is filled with some meat liqiour! Hardcore meat eating or what.

He has the book signed by the man himself, Jonno refuses to tell me how he got this book- simply choosing to comment that Hugh has a very 'gamey' flavour :| .

Anyway, what chef do you like and why?

Gordon Ramsey - for his no bollocks attitude in the Kitchen - nice ravioli recipe

Keith Floyd - King of the Wine gluggin - a laugh to watch on telly and great chef

Jamie Oliver - Tosser - but has good straight forward recipes and their tasty

Rick Stein - Top Bloke - I like his seafood stuff - used his recipes loads of times

Del Scott - ME haaha - Love to cook for friends and am the house chef ;)

Hated Chefs:

Delia - i agree she's a lying bitch
Gary Rhodes - what a twat (soz ladies for the grammer) but I hate him lol
Ainslee Harriott - another wanker - he's shit

Oh yeah and Nick Cairn is a good fella also - some good recipes

Um I think i got a bit carried away :$ but I enjoy cooking

I dont get to watch them proggies anymore being over here , but I did download 3 series of a programme called "Good Eats" . Its an American low budget show , but hes great at going thru the simple things like cooking the perfect egg , steak , chicken ..whatever. He also goes into the chemistry side of it but keeps it simple.. Anyway Alton Browns his name so he gets my vote....though I do wish he would sink a few bottles of vodka whilst doing it miserable twat that he is !!

Lol its a bit mad that, was just flickin thru the channels coz i couldnt sleep and stumbled accross Nigellas programme.. She makes some fantastic everyday stuff and doesnt give a monkeys for calories :D and isnt altogether displeasing on the eye:eyebrow:

So she gets my vote:thumbsup: i'm starving now, if only i had a BBQ, 2 chicken fillets, cajun seasoning and some pitta bread...
