well the  radio shouts shud b for radio shouts as it aint designed to be used as a chat room. it only saves 20 messages and is only 3 lines down and so its uses as a chat room for people to have a good ol waffle in is pretty crap. a proper chat room wud b a link in the nav bar at the top that says chat room and when ya click it it opens a window with the live chat in that. could also install summet that says whos in the chat room at the bottom of the forum.
