I,m almost definite I was at this, any dates?

cheers for the links:thumbsup:

Cheers Ed for upping..........I'm afraid the digital age passed me by - thanks mate.  Got a few more I'll ask Ed to up for me - including some Club 4 Life ones i think.

I'm not sure of the dates - we were monthly residents for a couple of years - the guy who owned The Tunnel -(Ron McCulloch I think?) actually used to fly down to a small air strip in Denham and pick us up in his own plane to take us there..........mad days!

I think Alex Neri might have played this night as well, but not defeintely sure.

We used to travel down to the Tunnel most months back in those days. I definately seen you guys there a good few times. It was Ron who owned it then and there used to be a fair few of the glasgow gangsters floating about the place

Was the best venue in Scotland for a long while, fridays with Kilkie and Saturdays with Tevendale and McCreery

I think I have just found a tape from one of your Rhumba Stress Tour nights

Yes there were a few rogue elements as i remember................I really rated Tevendale as a Dj - i even got him to do a mix of 'Club 4 Life 98' and a few other Stress bits.

I've just sent Ed another 3 tapes including a Rhumba one from 1999.phones:

It's not that bad allowing for the carnage that used to go on.:fekked: :fekked: :fekked: :fekked: :fekked:

Tevendale was very good technically but I preferred McCreery musically especially nearer the end of Triumph @ The Tunnel

The Rhumba mix will be a bonus as I was there as well, some mad times with Zammo, Wayne and Higgins

I think the main room in the Tunnel is R&B now:mad:

What an absolutely amazing set. It's a true crime that so few late 90's Renaissance sets are floating about -- some of the best music ever, IMO!

Also looking forward to those Rhumba sets and anything else from this era and/or in this style!!
