Its the new craze sweeping the dj fraternity, Chunky Cheese Records. Ideal for peckish Djs on a booking, those crazy fools make records out of cheese. Only thing is, once youve nibbled it its cheese on toast fodder............

Nah, seriously though, its sort of 94 'house' which usually cobbles together loads of vocal snipps and riffs of old choons (some better than others) and combines them together into a new track. I have some somewhere, nothing to cream yer jeans over though bud. You sort of get stuff like JD plastic dreams with your love riffed over it here and there with another records vocal over the top...........(just made that up, but you get the idea). Some were alright, some were proper w*nk.

there's a few beauties in em....cant remember the numbers at the mo but the ones i can think of are the "sweet harmony" rip-off and a "slave to the vibe" number that I quite like.....

bit leathered at the mo, so i will poss post later with a more in depth appraisal of the chunky cheese phenomenamenamenamenum thingy
