Anyone participate?

At the mo i am doing 30 mins of lunges/squats, 15 mins upper body with free weights, and 15 mins abdo's with a vartiety of crunch's per day.

Also trying to squeeze in 3 x 30 min runs per week.

What i am after is something for the arse, an arse lifting thing, as although i am aching like a bastard everywhere (a nice ache though), my bum feels normal.

Any suggestions? If so can you pm them me please.

I am thinking maybe uphill walking or biking, but i do not want to bulid bulk so i don't know.

I know its prolly been said a million times...but swimming is the best exercise a bod can get...not only does it train each muscle group its fun too..lol.....just a bugger gettin a quiet pool to be honest....if ya need a swim partner hun i will b up fer it......did a lot o swimming but jus dont get the opportunity these days... :thumbsup:

Lol although i would love nothing more than to be long and muscular, i am afraid my 50's throwback physique means it is not to be.

I am basically after less hourglass, oh sod it okay less pearshape lol more lean. I have to be carefull as i tend to build muscle tissue really fast, yet i really want to increase my stamina levels.

Thanks for the tips though, swimming is on my list of things to do, and i have convinced/bribed* my friend into trying squash next week.


*after promising a heavy drinking sesh in pub after.
